Grilling Terms and Conditions

The gas grills located throughout the community are available for reservation for a 2-hour time period. This reservation provides exclusive use of the reserved grill within the designated grilling area.

Please note that grill reservations are subject to availability. If a grill has not been reserved in advance, use of available grills may be permitted on a first-come, first-served basis and does not guarantee exclusive access.

Use of the grilling facilities is conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By reserving or using any community grill, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with all requirements outlined below.

Important Details:

  • Time slots are for 2 hours, with a 1-hour gap between reservations to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next renter. It is the renter’s responsibility to clean the grill area before the end of their reservation.

  • Propane is not included — renters must supply their own propane tank.

  • The grilling area must be cleaned after use, including removal of food debris and grease. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees, suspension of reservation privileges, or loss of amenity access privileges where applicable.

  • All posted grilling and safety rules must be followed at all times.

  • The rental does not include access to additional amenities unless separately reserved.

  • Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage caused during the reservation period.

  • The Association, Board of Directors, management company, and their representatives assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, damages, loss of personal property, or incidents arising from use of the grilling area.

By submitting a reservation and/or using the grill facilities, you affirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions and accept full responsibility and liability for the proper and safe use of the grill and surrounding area during your reservation period.
